Who can see the notes?

Only people who were invited to the meeting. Access is enforced at the database with row-level security — signing in shows you your meetings and no one else's.

What languages are supported?

Transcription is multilingual and handles code-switching — English, Mandarin and Malay inside one sentence, without you selecting a language first. Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino and others work too.

Do I pay per person?

No. There are no seats and no subscription. You buy credits and spend them on meeting-hours captured, so adding colleagues costs nothing — only meeting more does.

What if the notes are wrong, or the meeting never gets captured?

A meeting only costs credits once its summary is delivered. If the bot cannot join, the meeting is abandoned, or no summary is produced, you are not charged. Every set of minutes also carries a confidence score and a “needs review” list flagging the lines worth checking, so you can see how much to trust them before relying on them.

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit you spend. Capturing a meeting (record, transcribe, summarize) costs 1 credit per hour of meeting, rounded up — a 45-minute call is 1 credit, 90 minutes is 2. A meeting only ever costs credits once its summary is generated; a meeting that never finishes costs nothing.

Where is my data stored?

Recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored in your Meet3 account and delivered in the portal. Nothing is shared outside the invited attendees.
