Meet3 records meetings. That means we handle recordings of people talking, which deserves plain language rather than boilerplate. This page says exactly what we collect, who else processes it, and how long we keep it.
Who we are
Meet3 is operated by Anchor Sprint. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Microsoft we receive your name, email address and Microsoft account identifier. We do not receive or store your Microsoft password.
Calendar information
With your permission (Calendars.Read), we read your calendar to find upcoming Microsoft Teams meetings. We read event titles, times, join links, organiser and attendee addresses. We do not modify your calendar. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting your calendar in the portal or removing the app from your Microsoft account.
Meeting content
For each meeting Meet3 joins, we create and store:
- an audio recording of the meeting;
- a text transcript of that recording;
- generated minutes, action items, a confidence score and a review list.
Meet3 does not capture video or screen shares. It joins as a visible participant named meet3 Notetaker and appears in the meeting’s participant list for everyone present.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what was purchased and the amount.
Who can see your meetings
Recordings, transcripts and notes are restricted to the people invited to that meeting. This is enforced at the database with row-level security, not only in the interface. Anchor Sprint staff can access underlying data where necessary to operate the service, investigate a fault, or where required by law.
Third parties that process your data
Running Meet3 means sending meeting content to other companies. They are:
| Provider | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Meeting audio | Transcription |
| Anthropic | Meeting transcript | Generating minutes and action items |
| Supabase | Recordings, transcripts, notes, account data | Database and file storage |
| Fly.io | Meeting audio in transit | Application hosting (Singapore region) |
| Microsoft | Calendar and sign-in requests | Calendar access and authentication |
| Stripe | Payment details, email | Processing payments |
These providers process data on our instructions. Some are located outside your country, so your meeting content may be processed abroad.
How long we keep it
Recordings, transcripts and notes are kept until you delete them or ask us to. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. If you want a meeting or your whole account erased, email [email protected] and we will delete it, including the stored recording.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your meeting content to advertise to you.
- We do not publish or share your meetings outside the people invited to them.
Your choices
- Disconnect your calendar at any time in the portal — Meet3 stops joining meetings immediately.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Remove Meet3’s access entirely from your Microsoft account settings.
Recording other people
You are responsible for making sure it is lawful to record the meetings you bring Meet3 into, and for telling participants they are being recorded. Rules differ by country and some require everyone’s consent. Meet3 joins visibly and is named in the participant list, but that alone may not satisfy the law where you are.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be notified by email.
