Terms of Service
Last updated 19 July 2026
These terms apply when you use Meet3. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it: [email protected].
1. Who you are contracting with
Meet3 is provided by Anchor Sprint Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Malaysia. “You” means the person or organisation using the service.
2. What the service does
Meet3 connects to your Microsoft 365 calendar, joins the Microsoft Teams meetings on it, records them, transcribes them, and produces minutes and action items. It joins as a visible participant named meet3 Notetaker.
3. Credits and payment
- Credits are the unit of use. Capturing a meeting costs 1 credit per hour of meeting, rounded up, with a minimum of 1 credit. A 45-minute meeting costs 1 credit; 90 minutes costs 2.
- A credit is only spent once notes are delivered. If the bot cannot join, the meeting is abandoned, or no summary is produced, you are not charged.
- There are no seats and no subscription. Adding colleagues costs nothing; only capturing more meetings does.
- Credits are sold in prepaid packs (currently 25 for $19, 135 for $99 and 545 for $399), priced in USD. Prices may change; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
- Credits do not expire. They have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
4. Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent them. Spent credits are not refundable, because the cost of producing the transcript and notes has already been incurred. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. If something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
5. Your responsibilities when recording
This is the most important clause here. You are responsible for ensuring it is lawful to record each meeting you bring Meet3 into, and for informing the participants. Recording laws differ by country; some require the consent of everyone present. Meet3 joins visibly and appears in the participant list, but that alone may not satisfy the law where you or your participants are.
You must not use Meet3 to record meetings you are not entitled to record, or to capture conversations covertly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to access meetings, recordings or notes that are not yours;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement;
- interfere with the service’s operation or security.
7. Accuracy
Transcription and summarisation are performed by automated models and will sometimes be wrong — particularly with poor audio, crosstalk, accents, or several languages in one conversation. Every set of minutes carries a confidence score and a list of points to review. Do not rely on Meet3’s output as a verbatim or legal record without checking it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Meet3 running but do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a fault in a third-party service we depend on. If we fail to capture a meeting, you are not charged for it — that is the remedy we offer for a missed meeting.
9. Your data
You keep ownership of your meeting content. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete any meeting, or your entire account, at any time.
10. Ending the arrangement
You may stop using Meet3 at any time by disconnecting your calendar. You can ask us to delete your account and its data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if required by law — in which case we will refund unspent credits unless the cause was your misuse of the service.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Meet3 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, or for decisions made in reliance on automated notes that turned out to be inaccurate.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will email you about material changes. Continuing to use Meet3 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting consumer rights you may have in your own country.
